Arts Project Management

  • Successful devising, development and delivery of arts projects.  See the arts projects pages for examples of successful creation, development and delivery of arts projects.

Arts and Education Project Management

  • Devising, developing and delivering FE and HE accredited courses with an 89% graduation rate. Trained over 100 people in arts workshop skills, performing arts, visual arts and arts business skills from a range of backgrounds and with diverse impairments, creating new opportunities for their lives and careers.

Workshops in Drama and Creative Writing

  • We can offer community arts drama and creative writing workshops.  A speciality is build-a-performance workshops where an untrained group participate in workshops to create a performance over a limited period of time.   I have run build-a-performance projects in Manchester and Carlisle.

Workshop skills training

  • I designed and was co-module leader on the Higher Education accredited Arts Workshop leaders course run by NWDAF and Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA) accredited by Liverpool John Moores University.  See Arts & Education projects

Disability Action Training and Cultural Diversity Training

  • Particularly in an Arts and Creative Industries context

Fundraising and organisational Development

  • I have negotiated, devised programmes and projects and written the applications that brought in over £250,000. I have managed programmes of work to the budgets and written effective reports and evaluation.
